Headlining the park is Carnaby Burger Bar, the latest concept by chef Adam Penney, best known for his time at Potato Head and Three Buns – two of Singapore’s most influential burger institutions. Bringing the heat of the Caribbean to Raffles Place is Jamaica Jerk Chicken Co., led by Chef Ricardo Allen from Portland, Jamaica — widely regarded as the birthplace of jerk cooking.

Known for serving royalty, celebrities and music icons including King Charles, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg and Sean Paul, Chef Ricardo delivers bold Caribbean flavours rooted in authentic Jamaican cooking traditions.
